Questions about plans
Do I need a card to start the free trial?+
No. Create your business with your email and mobile number and use every feature during the trial. Pick a plan only when you want to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your data stays. To keep adding sales, products and changes, choose a plan and pay for it in Billing in your dashboard.
How do I pay?+
In Billing in your dashboard: by bKash, by card or mobile banking online, or by bank or mobile transfer. A transfer is switched on once Aiyaar confirms it.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes. Choose another plan in Billing when you open another shop or add staff.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time, in Billing. The plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for; after that your business is read-only until you choose a plan again. Your data stays.
What are premium templates?+
Ready-made online store designs that you buy once and keep. Every store also has free themes and templates. You can preview a premium template on your own products before you buy it.
