Getting started

Create your account

Sign up, choose your kind of business, confirm your email and sign in.

Signing up takes about five minutes. You choose your kind of business, give a few details, confirm your email with a code and choose a password. Your free trial starts right away, and you do not need a card.

Sign up

  1. Go to aiyaar.ltd/register.
  2. Under What kind of business do you run?, tap your kind of business: pharmacy, grocery, clothing, restaurant, poultry farm, turf and many more. You can search, for example "murgi" or "pharmacy".
  3. Not in the list? Tap Other and type your kind of business. If what you type matches a kind in the list, Aiyaar suggests it. Tap Use it to get that kind's own setup.
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Fill in Create your business:
    • Business name: the name your customers know.
    • Store address: the web address of your online store. It is made from your business name, but you can change it. Use small letters, numbers and hyphens. A green tick means it is free. If it is taken, Aiyaar suggests another one.
    • Your name and Email. You sign in with this email.
    • Country: this sets your currency and the country code for your phone number.
    • Mobile number: a real mobile number for your country. The country code and flag are filled in for you. In Bangladesh it is 11 digits, starting 013 to 019.
    • Currency: filled in from your country. Change it if you need to.
  6. Got a coupon? Tap Have a coupon code? and type it. If you opened a link with a coupon in it, the code is already filled in.
  7. Tap Continue.

Tip: The kind of business decides which product fields, units and tools you get. A pharmacy gets generic names and expiry dates, and a clothing shop gets sizes and colours. You can ask Aiyaar to change it later. See Set up your business.

Confirm your email

  1. Open your email. We send you a 6-digit code.
  2. Type the code in Verification code and tap Confirm email.
  3. No email? Look in your spam folder, or tap Send a new code. Typed the wrong email? Tap Change email.

Choose your password

  1. Type a Password: at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number.
  2. Tap Create my business.

You are now signed in, and the Dashboard opens. Your business already has a first shop called Main Shop, ready roles for your staff and a few starter categories.

Note: Sometimes Aiyaar checks new businesses before they can sign in. If so, you see Your email is confirmed and we email you when your business is approved.

Sign in

  1. Go to aiyaar.ltd/auth/login, or tap Sign in on the website.
  2. Type your Email and Password.
  3. Tap Sign in.

If you turned on the sign-in code, we email you a 6-digit code after your password. Type it and tap Sign in again. See Sign-in and security.

To sign out, tap your name or photo at the top right and choose Sign out.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Type the email you sign in with and tap Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and tap the link. The link works for one hour.
  4. Type your new password twice and tap Save new password.

All your other devices are signed out. Sign in again with the new password.

Tip: If your password is refused, check that Caps Lock is off. The sign-in page warns you when it is on.
