What is Aiyaar
One app for selling in your shop and online: what it does and how it is laid out.
Aiyaar is one app for running a shop: you sell at the counter, sell online, keep your stock and your khata, and see what you made, all in one place. It works in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone, so there is nothing to install.
Tip: New to Aiyaar? Read the pages under Getting started in order. In about twenty minutes your shop is set up and you can make your first sale.
What you can do with it
- Sell at the counter with the POS: scan a barcode or search, take cash, bKash or card, and print the receipt. See Sell with the POS.
- Sell online from your own store, made for phones, with the same stock as your shop. See Your online store.
- Keep your stock right in every shop, with warnings before something runs out. See Inventory.
- Keep your khata on Aiyaar: the cash book, what customers owe you (baki) and what you owe suppliers. See Digital khata.
- Know your numbers with reports and profit and loss. See Reports and profit.
Made for your kind of business
When you sign up you choose your kind of business: pharmacy, grocery, clothing, restaurant, poultry farm, turf and many more. Aiyaar then adds the product fields, units and tools that kind of business needs. A pharmacy gets generic names and expiry dates; a clothing shop gets sizes and colours. You can change these later in Settings.
How the dashboard is laid out
After you sign in you land on the Dashboard: today's sales, orders and what needs your attention. The menu on the left (on a phone, tap the ☰ button at the top) has every part of Aiyaar:

You only see the parts your plan, your kind of business and your role allow. A cashier, for example, may only see the POS and Orders.
Every feature in every plan
Every Aiyaar plan has every feature; plans differ in how many shops, staff and products you can have. You start with a free trial, no card needed. See Plan and billing.
